Who we are

BitFlip Technologies is a technology company based in Dayton, Ohio. This policy covers our website, bitfliptechnologies.com. If you have a question about it, email Travis Baldwin at travis@bitfliptechnologies.com.

What we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive:

• your name
• your business name, if you give it
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• the service you're interested in
• your message, if you write one

We don't deliberately collect anything else about you. Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, so it can show you the site and protect it from attacks. We don't use that information to identify or profile you.

How we use it

We use the details you send only to reply to your inquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to provide the services you ask for. We don't use them for marketing, and we never send newsletters or promotional email.

Who handles your information

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us:

• Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email (web3forms.com).
• Our email provider stores those messages in our inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from malicious traffic (Cloudflare's privacy policy).

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We would only disclose it if the law required us to.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set cookies of its own, and it doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking tools. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your details to a font service.

Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie that helps tell real visitors apart from automated bots. It isn't used to track you across other websites.

Because we don't sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control are respected automatically.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages in our email for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our conversation. If you'd like us to delete them sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we have about you
• correct anything that's wrong
• delete your information

Email your request to travis@bitfliptechnologies.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address you used to contact us, so we know the request is really from you. Making a request will never affect how we treat you.

How we protect it

This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and it can only connect to the services listed above. No way of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
